Rental Payments
All checks are made payable to 1144 Property Management, and mailed to POB 850330, Braintree, Massachusetts 02185-0330. If requested, we will provide you with self-addressed mailing envelopes for your convenience.
All tenants have the option to pay rent via ACH auto debit. This procedure electronically transfers funds from your account to our rental account each pay period. This method is more secure than paper checks, and relieves you of one more task each month

Maintenance Requests
1144 Property Management has full-time maintenance staff to care for all properties. If you have a maintenance request, please call the main office number (781) 982-1144 and select option #2 on the menu. This extension is the maintenance direct line. You will have two options. Select #1 for non-emergencies or select #2 for emergencies. The emergency line will automatically page a maintenance person. PLEASE leave your phone number and address when leaving a maintenance request.
